Professional management and a lot of experience characterize the work of my stallion station.

My first horse insemination station was approved at the end of 1999 and can now look back on decades of experience.

In the service of the breeders, the stallion semen is optimally prepared and sent as quickly as possible.

I also attach great importance to keeping horses in a way that is appropriate for them, so daily grazing or paddock walks, even for the stallions, are a matter of course.

I offer you:

• Stationing of stallions for fresh semen use.
• Stallions jumping on the Phantom.
• Taking samples for the required swab and blood tests.
• Modernly equipped insemination laboratory with alarm system.
• Height adjustable phantom for the stallions.

Necessary documents for stallions used for fresh semen, which must be available before delivery:

Health certificate of the stallion from the veterinarian.

Confirmation from the veterinary office that the farm of origin is free from disease.

Confirmation that the stallion has not been covered by natural mating or used for testing within the last 30 days.

negative EVA and WFFS test, in ponies and other breeds also other findings.

Completed basic immunization and complete vaccination documentation against tetanus, influenza and herpes.

EU- Samendepot:

I have been operating a certified and approved EU seed depot since 2014 and provide you with sufficient storage capacity in suitable liquid nitrogen containers at the highest hygienic level.

The costs for administration and the regular refilling of the storage containers with liquid nitrogen are passed on to the customers depending on the insemination portions stored.

You will receive an annual invoice for the storage fee as well as an inventory report of your stored frozen sperm.

We offer you:

Storage of European and worldwide frozen sperm in constantly monitored storage containers at the highest hygienic level.

Alarm-protected semen depot.

Shipping of frozen sperm, depending on the hygiene status of the semen.

Processing and preparation of trace and customs documents.

Details of the delivering EU station with delivery note

Declaration of ownership of the TG

Information on sequin labeling / seed labeling

Information from the manufacturing EU station

Details of the collection and extraction of the semen

Declaration by the producing station that the stallion has completed the 30-day quarantine and has not left the station during the semen collection period.

Information about the stallion (name, life number, breeding license, WFFS test)

Treatments and sampling of the stallion / Veterinary certificate

Semen preparation or freezing and thawing protocols with information on the number of semen per insemination

Costs for frozen sperm storage:

One-time storage fee including processing inspection = Free

One-time outsourcing fee including processing = €75.00

up to 10 sequins / straws = 0.60 € per straw

up to 50 sequins / straws = 0.40 € per straw

up to 150 sequins / straws = 0.35 € per straw

ab 150 Pailletten / Straws = 0,30 € pro Straw

ab 300 Pailletten / Straws = 0,25 € pro Straw

TG sperm shipping:

In order to send the seeds to your desired destination, we need the following information in writing in advance:

stallion name

Number of insemination portions to be sent.

Delivery address with contact person, telephone number and email address.

Billing address with contact person and mobile number.

Shipping is only possible upon advance payment and receipt of payment

For shipping the stored sperm we require a lead time of:

Germany-wide: 1-3 working days

Europe-wide: 3-5 working days

worldwide: approx. 14 working days

During the peak breeding season, there may be a shortage of shipping containers due to increased demand for frozen sperm. Please register your shipment in good time or send us a shipping container.

A Traces document is required for sending seeds outside of Germany. To create the Traces document, we must have all the necessary seed documents. We also create the customs documents.

Depending on the destination, we commission a suitable logistics company.

Costs for TG sperm shipping:

We charge €65.00 plus VAT for the production of each Traces paper.

Rental fee for shipping container and nitrogen flat rate of 150.00 € plus VAT.

A notice:

Frozen sperm with EU or worldwide status must be stored permanently and continuously in an approved EU station, otherwise it will lose its hygiene status and may no longer be sent abroad.
